Together with organisational leaders and key stakeholders, healthy partnerships supported COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network to develop their first web-based annual report.
healthy partnerships reviewed COORDINARE’s year with the executive and senior leaders to select highlights that aligned with their strategic plan and emerging priorities. The project capitalised on the progress COORDINARE had made on their online storytelling and use of modern communication strategies. healthy partnerships developed a web-based report structure and provided text, charts, graphics and links to existing web-based resources to demonstrate value and communicate how COORDINARE benefits the health and wellbeing of the local communities it serves. We supported COORDINARE’s in-house communications team to communicate requirements to the web design team to ensure the project was a success.
