Informing strategic planning for community housing

Project Type:
strategic planning and reviews

healthy partnerships supported Metro Community Housing to inform its strategic planning through an environmental and situational analysis. Using a PESTLE framework, we analysed political, economic and social trends affecting community housing, with a focus on the Inner West and other service areas. The work synthesised current and upcoming policy directions, funding opportunities, and demographic, social and service utilisation data into a clear, presentation-ready summary, supporting informed Board discussion and decision-making.

Woman leans on the doorframe in the front doorway of her home. The door is open behind her, and she is smiling.
