healthy partnerships worked with a government client to review a accelerated design approach delivered during a period of significant system change. We reviewed project materials and facilitated virtual ‘lessons learned’ sessions with project team members and executives to reflect on how the approach worked in practice. The review identified strengths, challenges and system-wide impacts. A follow-up session served to test, challenge and validate our findings with staff. We delivered a high-level concept and summary report to inform future fast-track improvement efforts.
