Building capability and communications resources with a non‑profit organisation

Project Type:
capability development, communications and reporting
Client:
A national non‑profit organisation engaged healthy partnerships to strengthen its planning, communications and evaluation capability while delivering two major school‑based nutrition campaigns under a government agreement.
We worked closely with the organisation’s project team to develop meaningful program logic, evaluation and communications plans, stakeholder maps, campaign materials and stakeholder updates. Through collaborative coaching and targeted reviews, we helped staff build skills and confidence in planning, drafting and refining resources for public‑facing health campaigns.
Our work included consulting with government on program logic, evaluation measures and reporting requirements. We also supported staff to review a suite of promotional materials, event updates and resource packs to ensure they met messaging expectations and supported clear, consistent communication across schools, education sectors and Local Health Districts.
This project combined capability building with practical resource development support, enabling the organisation to manage two government‑funded programs, strengthen its communications capability and produce high‑quality campaign materials.
