Living Well in Multipurpose Services (MPS)

Project Type:
Living Well in MPS

healthy partnerships supported ACI Rural Health Network to develop a suite of documents to support the MPS Collaborative, including principles of care, self-assessment and resource guide. The project was underpinned by the available literature on best practice and leading aged care services and refined through collaboration and consensus-building with NSW experts.

The MPS principles of care were cited and embedded in the 2021 National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards Aged Care module and User Guide for Multi-Purpose Services.
