Primary health network strategy – Central and Eastern Sydney PHN

Project Type:
strategic planning and reviews

healthy partnerships was commissioned by Central and Eastern Sydney PHN (CESPHN) to refresh the organisation’s values, vision and purpose and set  the direction for the organisation to 2028. Through collaboration and consultations with local stakeholders, staff, organisational councils, the executive and the Board, healthy partnerships developed a sound strategic foundation for the next few years.

PHNs are becoming increasingly complex. This project supported the organisation to stand back and reconsider their priorities, and ensure their actions aligned with their values and purpose. The new strategy reaffirms CESPHN’s commitment to their key values, and includes specific strategies that translate these values into action, with measures of their success. We’re grateful to have worked with such a values-driven organisation and look forward to seeing all they can achieve by 2028.
