Working within an established governance structure, we reviewed key population insights, policy frameworks and funding guidelines to help shape a focused and collaborative conversation.
We supported partners to prepare for the forum, co-developed the agenda and groupwork activities, and facilitated a half‑day workshop involving mental health and housing providers from across the region.
The forum explored shared priorities, opportunities for collaboration, and practical steps toward improving housing and mental health outcomes across the region.
healthy partnerships then authored a six‑page forum report capturing stakeholder commitments, agreed objectives and measures, and insights to inform the region’s Housing and Mental Health Agreement. The report provides a clear and accessible resource to rally partners behind common goals and support ongoing collaborative action.
