Sydney Children’s Hospital Integrating care for children report

Project Type:
Communications & reporting

SCHN was a leader in innovative work in integrating care. Together with researchers and clinicians, healthy partnerships brought together and prioritised hundreds of pages of local research and evaluation reports to form a cohesive picture of work in integrating care by SCHN.

By communicating regularly with staff in NSW Health who were responsible for rewriting their integrated care strategy, healthy partnerships was able to stay up to date with policy changes as they were being authored and identify how SCHN’s work directly related to government priorities. Direct and explicit connections between the new NSW Health framework and the report, made the report instantly relevant to government and provided direction for the work to follow.
