Transforming health together

Project Type:
strategic planning and reviews

healthy partnerships worked together with organisational leaders and stakeholders to develop COORDINARE’s Strategic Plan 2021-2023. In a region directly impacted by drought, devastating Black Summer bushfires and COVID-19, it was timely for the organisation to clarify their purpose and ensure they were prepared to meet the challenges ahead.

The strategic plan communicated how COORDINARE would continue to support the health and wellbeing of the local communities it serves, and the critical nature of collaboration and partnerships for creating impact. The project involved achieving consensus with the team and stakeholders on priorities and directions for the organisation, identifying key actions to achieve their aims, and presenting these in a format that was readable for the primary audience – funding bodies, policymakers and local providers.
